✦ WHO CAN ATTEND Children who have completed Pre-K-4 through 6th grade are welcome. Each classroom is grouped by age. Please be honest when completing registration. 

✦ DATES & TIMES July 13–16 Check-in begins at 5:15 PM (Foyer). Opening Ceremony at 5:45 PM. Rotations begin at 6:00 PM. Pickup is at 8:00 PM. Please be on time for dismissal. 

 ✦ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Children must be checked in and out each night .Check-in takes place in the Foyer. Check-out takes place in the Children’s Wing hallway. For security purposes, this information is not made public; more information will be given at check in. 

 ✦ GOSPEL-CENTERED TEACHING Bible studies each night will focus on the Gospel, helping children understand who Jesus is and what He has done. 

 ✦ WORSHIP & MUSIC Music is chosen based on Scripture, and students will learn songs and motions throughout the week. 

 ✦ RECREATION Rec time is fun, energetic, and loud. Closed-toe shoes are required for participation. 

 ✦ CRAFTS Students will complete crafts during the week that will be sent home on Family Night 

 ✦ MEALS PROVIDED Each child will be served a full meal nightly. The menu will be released the week prior. Please notify us of any allergies. While we are unable to offer alternatives at this time, families are welcome to send other food(s) if needed. 

 ✦ FAMILY NIGHT July 17 at 6:00 PM. Students will recite verses and perform songs. Families will worship together. All are welcome! A meal will be served for fellowship afterward. 

 ✦ SAFETY & SECURITY No child is ever alone with an adult. Classrooms have windows for visibility. Security cameras are throughout the campus. Security and medical teams are present at all times. Bathrooms in the children's wing are reserved for 14 & under.

✦ TRAINED & PRAYERFUL VOLUNTEERS All volunteers have completed VBS training and are committed to praying continually for every child. All volunteers & staff are background-checked.  

✦ FAMILY-FRIENDLY CAMPUS Families are welcome to remain on campus. A dedicated room with coffee and water is available. Adult Bible studies will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday.

✦ OPENING CEREMONY Families may attend the opening ceremony each evening. Children will be escorted to their classes afterward

✦ REGISTRATION Pre-registration is preferred, but no child will be turned away
